Background: Peter is a very experienced business practitioner, having spent 19 years in operational and HR management positions, the last 5 of these with Stafford Building Society. He has an excellent track record in management development and training design, in both the public and private sectors. Peter has been independent for the last 5 years and recent work has involved design and delivery of training with the Home Office, Remploy, Canada Life, MoD and The Skill Works (Greater Merseyside).
Expertise: Peter has first hand management experience of leadership, employment law, performance management, appraisal systems, equal opportunities and work-life balance, as well as training others in their use. He has extensive experience of managing and sustaining client relationships. Peter specialises in designing and delivering effective management and employee training and development, to include distance learning, workshops, assessment centres, coaching, counselling and mentoring.

Background: Tony is a results-focussed Management Trainer/Organisation Development Consultant. He has had a significant impact on organisational performance in a wide variety of public and private sector organisations and Government departments. Starting his career with NHS Training Authority, Tony rose to Assistant Director of the Training and Studies Centre. With Nestle Rowntree, he was UK Training Manager and initiated, designed and managed a 5-year project to restructure factories, establish empowered teams and improve financial performance. At Coutts, as Operations Manager Assessment and Development, Tony helped to merge 3 NHS Trusts using development centres and action learning. Independent for the past 11 years, he brings a wealth of pragmatic organisational and people development skills.
Expertise: Tony combines highly developed Human Resource management and coaching skills with hands on operational management competencies. An expert in action learning and assessment and development, he specialises in top team coaching to hone competence in decision making. Highly business focused, Tony helps change organisations and HR strategies towards supportive team cultures that deliver results. He has worked with a range of high profile organisations to include Total Oil, Post Office, Northumberland Community Health NHS Trust, Department of Health, The Shipman Enquiry, Experian, Rolls-Royce Engines, Norwich Union, Thomas de la Rue, and Tarmac.
Background: Sheila has over 25 years experience of providing research and the strategic advice that flows from it to businesses of all sizes, up to director level. She worked initially for NOP Market and Social Research and then moved to Millward Brown. Following a spell as an independent research consultant, Sheila became a Planning Director at J Walter Thompson for 12 years and is now independent again.
Expertise: Sheila can design, manage and deliver effective and pragmatic quantitative and qualitative market research. She is highly skilled in linking findings to communication plans and business development strategies that get results. Sheila brings a wealth of experience through working with SMEs, the public sector and blue chips, such as P&O, Reebok, Marriott Hotels, William Hill and Leeds City Council.

Background: Mike started his career in plastics with BPF and Dow. He then changed career, climbing the HR and training ladder in the fast moving environment of multi-site leisure retailing with Imperial Taverns, Forte, Bass and Compass Group. With City Centre Restaurants, as Group Training and Development Manager, Mike was instrumental in growing the business, from developing and managing core skills to honing brand values and company perception. For the past 5 years, Mike has been a business objectives focused independent HR and training consultant with DVLA, Royal Mail, MoD and B&Q.
Expertise: Mike is an HR strategist who loves the interaction of face to face facilitation of learning. He is expert in analysing business problems and then devising strategies to turn them into business opportunities, through effective people processes and competence development. A change management specialist, Mike helps define, develop and embed new values and processes to adapt organisations and their people successfully to the marketplace.

Background: Stephanie has been designing imaginative and highly effective marketing communications and other forms of published media for over 10 years. She's a trained graphic designer and holds a BA(Hons) Graphic Design degree from the University of Salford's School of Art and Design. As a freelance designer, she has worked for a wide variety of clients, across the full spectrum of promotional and marketing communications, producing solutions that sell off the page. These include Michael Pooler Associates (structural engineers), Vehicle Movers (on-line trade vehicle sales), Ashbourne Assessment Systems (HR and training consultants), Navigator Solutions (IT systems) and DCH Associates (OD consultancy).
Expertise: Stephanie covers all aspects of marketing and promotional design from initial concept to finished product. She designs effective printed media as well as interactive and online solutions. These include corporate imaging and branding, developing websites and interactive internet marketing programmes, brochures, leaflets, stationery and DVD/CD covers.
